My name is Way-J and I'm a producer & line producer. My goal is to help create stories that are accessible and resonant.

My background over the past decade has primarily been in commercial and corporate work. I've produced work for clients that include government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

I’m currently shifting focus towards narrative projects. Since 2018, I’ve worked on several narrative projects including longform series commissioned by international broadcasters and independent short films, working with award-winning and emerging directors alike.  

On a project, I'm as comfortable with organising resources and logistics as I am with clearances and cost reporting. People say I’m a great problem solver who absorbs the stress of projects without passing it on to the team, and am highly dependable.

I get things done with a smile and I work hard to create a empathetic, respectful, and supportive environment for the rest of the team to thrive. I work to serve a bigger dream of a sustainable ecosystem where we are able to tell great stories and feed our families while doing so.
